I'm Louise: brand, marketing & UX designer with over 25 years of experience across top agencies (AKQA, R/GA, Ogilvy), global companies and the public sector (NHS, gov.uk).
I moved to San Francisco at 26, worked through the dot-com boom, founded design startups and built an award-winning product line. These days I help organisations and founders design and build digital products, services and smart AI systems.
